Silicone Food Savers

I have had them for a few weeks now and they function nicely. So far I have mostly used them for covering dog food cans or halves of fruit. A slight design flaw is because of the way they are shaped air drying them is virtually out of the question, you will always have to wipe them dry to prevent mildew in the curves, etc. Otherwise, they are very useful and good quality for their price point.

The food huggers are awesome, we didn't know how badly we needed these until we bought them. We often have them all in use keeping the ends of food fresh - bananas, cucumbers, onions, even the tops of yogurts!

The food huggers have definitely made my fruits and veggies last longer. I have used them on some jars that don’t have lids, but I mainly use them on food. I especially love that I can put them in the dishwasher to get any lingering smells off.
