WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

HOW DO YOU SHIP WITH NO WASTE?

We only use upcycled, recycled, recyclable and compostable materials. Everything ships 100% plastic-free except for our menstrual cups (for sanitary reasons, however, these will soon to be compostable). If you have a question about your products or how to properly compost, recycle or reuse any packaging you receive, send us an email, we’re happy to help!

We also choose only to ship through USPS since they already come to your residence on a daily basis. This cuts down gas and extra trips from other shipping carriers.

 

WHAT MAKES YOUR REFILL OPTIONS ZERO-WASTE?

Our liquid refill products are mailed in BPA-free, plastic pouches. Not only are they 93% less plastic than a plastic bottle but you will also receive an envelope that includes pre-paid postage so you can mail us your empty pouches back for us to clean, sanitize and re-fill for the next order.

We re-use and refill the pouches as many times as possible until they lose structural integrity. Once the pouch has reached the end of it’s life, it is recycled into a type of plastic that is recyclable up to 10 times.

Our dry refill products are mailed in compostable or recyclable paper bags made from 100% recycled paper.

The refill products we receive all come in 1 to 5 gallon sizes which we repurpose, recycle or send to local companies to up-cycle!

 

WHY DO SOME OF YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE PACKAGING?

Even though we pride ourselves on working with companies that are low-waste we cannot control some of the packaging that comes with our orders. There are many things we do to cut down waste which also include taking care of recycling, composting or up-cycling any materials we receive that are not necessary to send alongside your order.

If you look closely throughout our product descriptions, you will also see advice written from us personally on how to properly recycle or compost a product once it has reached it’s the end of it’s life.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Sorry, we only ship in the U.S. at this time. In order to cut down on gas and extra trips from other shipping carriers, we only ship USPS since they come to your residence on a daily basis.

 

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL SHOP?

Not at the moment! However we do occasional pop-ups in the Nashville area and offer local delivery as well. 

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS?
