P/T Shipping Associate Responsibilities:
Your main area of responsibility is preparing, packaging, and shipping all online orders via Shopify, ensuring all orders are dispatched safely, correctly, with as little waste as possible, and in a timely manner. This position also involves cross-training for front desk sales responsibilities, including assisting customers, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service. This ensures smooth front desk operations during employee breaks and times of limited staffing.
Shipping Associate Job Duties:
- Prepare orders by pulling products, filling bottles and refilling pouches, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area for pickup.
- Pack and ship items securely and effectively to minimize breakage.
- Fill all customer orders with accuracy and timeliness. Pack items properly and ship in a timely manner.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, packing area, and workstations neat and maintaining a clean shipping supply area.
- Assist shop associates with maintaining a clean back-of-house area.
- Assist manager with supply inventory counts, ensuring sufficient material availability.
- Willing to transfer products between stores occasionally.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Able to lift 15 lbs regularly and up to 45 lbs occasionally.

- Availability during hours of operations.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Work well as part of a team as well as independently.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

Pay: starting at $17.50
