Mariah This shampoo does not lather up a ton, which is totally okay because you don't need a ton of product to just wash your scalp, which is what I do since my roots are oily, but the rest of my wavy hair needs moisture. I use this shampoo to cleanse my scalp and hair roots, and then I use the sweet pea deep conditioner on the rest of my hair for moisture. This shampoo works really well at cleansing and it smells very nice. It feels great.

Kyle I have been searching high and low for a high-quality, zero-waste, and luxurious-feeling shampoo. I've tried bars, pouches, aluminum pumps, and other glass pumps. The scent of this shampoo is wonderful (I highly recommend the Sweet Pea lotion as well)! It cleans my hair without drying it out. If you're thinking about it, BUY IT!

Lisa I bought this shampoo looking for a healthy alternative for my hair and to have the option for refills rather than more bottles to recycle. The reviews seemed positive overall, so I figured I’d give it a try. So glad I did! My hair is chin length, naturally gray and on the dry side. My scalp can also be dry and easily irritated. As other reviewers have commented, this shampoo does not work up much of a lather, which I happen to like. I worked this shampoo into my scalp and let it rinse through the ends afterward. It rinsed easily and my hair felt so clean. It has a very light, pleasant smell which dissipates afterward. Will definitely be getting a refill when this runs out.
