Vegan Floss & Refills

This was my first exposure to silk floss and I’m now a complete convert. The floss is thicker and more textured than regular floss, which prized significantly more buried treasure from my back molars than regular floss. I love the slightly minty smell/taste as well. As for the container… it is so beautiful and looked like an old school apothecary bottle, sitting beautifully in my medicine cabinet. While silly and trivial, the aesthetics added to the overall joy in using this floss every night. However, the glass bottle broke the very first time I traveled with it. I would categorize myself as an experienced traveler and I took care to protect the bottle like I would a makeup compact. Given the environmental intent of long wearing products, I thought the fragile nature of this container runs a bit contrary. I think a heavier glass would serve better. In spite of the loss of the tube, I’m back on this site to buy more floss and the metal container, as it is truly the best floss I’ve ever used.
