Experiencing a change in texture in your deodorant cream? Hot temperatures (hello, summer!) will result in a much creamier deodorant as the coconut oil melts in the high 70's. Some separation may occur and is natural. Simply give your deo a good stir and pop in the refrigerator until firm. Occasionally shea butter will cause little beads to form - they are natural and will not reduce how effective the deodorant is or decrease shelf life, but restoring a smooth texture is also quite easy!

Erika Have used this product for over two years and it still works well. I love all the scents and switch them up often. Usually put on in the morning and only on occasion do I need to reapply in the afternoon or evening.

Patch I’ve been without deodorant for a week so as soon as my order arrived today I put some of this cream deodorant on. It smells different in the jar than it does on my skin. In the jar it’s more of a light rosemary scent, but on my skin it’s an extreme patchouli that gave me a headache. It’s way too strong for me & making me nauseous. I do like the application, it goes on smoothly, I’m not sweaty/wet after 7 hours wearing but I do feel a bit sticky so might need to reapply. Not sure if I’m going to be able to handle the scent to use this. I don’t recommend this scent.

Bailey I react badly to baking soda so was very excited to try this. It’s extremely effective, smells great (I like lavender and rosemary patchouli), doesn’t stop working after a week or so, doesn’t stain clothes—it is a wonderful product. But I am so sad to say that after several weeks I developed an irritated ring around my underarms. It’s not as severe as with baking soda, but it was uncomfortably itchy and sensitive, and it went away with discontinuing use. I am wondering if the issue is the magnesium hydroxide, which is effective and totally nontoxic but is a basic ingredient and may interact with some people’s skin ph? So this is a note to say this is awesome deodorant, but if you’re very sensitive to baking soda, it’s possible this will bother you too.
Hi Bailey! Thanks for taking the time to review. I'm so sorry it didn't work out for you especially since it sounds like it was working! We've actually not heard of this happening with these deodorants as it's very rare for Magnesium Hydroxide to cause irritation or allergic reactions when used topically, unlike baking soda. I'd highly recommend the refillable, spray deodorant we carry by Carina Organics as that one is more pH balanced and we've seen great results with it as well!

Kayla I love this product! I’ve been using the Jasmin & Green Tea deodorant for awhile now and swear by this product. It smells amazing and works so well. I love the ingredients and have gotten some friends hooked on this product. I can’t imagine using anything else.
