AB I wanted these to work because I really hate using non-sustainable options, and there really aren't many non plastic options out there. But if you have full machine loads with a couple of dirty towels, these capsules do not clean the towels properly. It is possible I needed to use more than one capsule, but seeing how these are not that cheap, I would end up running out faster if I had to use 2 instead of 1 with every load. And since it indicates it should be 1 per load, I think the formula is not strong enough to clean a good bit of dirty laundry/towels. I am going to switch to scooped powder and hope it is better.

Miriam Drennan I wasn't sure what to expect the first time I used these, but wanted to try. These really do get your clothes just as clean as other detergents, the scent is very light, and they are very gentle. Very pleased with the results!
