Why We Love It: Epsom Salt has been used for hundreds of years as a natural way to help sore, tired muscles and is known for helping the body detox. Our Epsom Salt is USP, the highest grade available, and is ideal for creating muscle soaks, bath salt blends, body scrubs, and more.

For an Epsom Salt bath, add 2 cups Epsom Salt to a standard bathtub of warm water and soak for at least 20 minutes. Adding running water over Epsom Salt will help the granules dissolve faster.


For a foot soak, add 1/2 cup Epsom Salt to a basin of warm water and soak for at least 20 minutes.


While this product is USP grade, we do not recommend it for internal use.

Refills come in a paper bag with paper label and paper tape, all of which may be recycled. *Please note that this bag is meant solely for transport purposes and is not meant to hold product for an extended period of time.


Refillable jar is glass with a metal lid. Recycle the jar with glass recycling and the lid with aluminum recycling.
