Apply and massage evenly into wet hair.  When used on skin, dispense into palm and rub hands together until a rich, creamy lather is obtained, then distribute as desired.  Rinse thoroughly.

Great as shampoo/body wash

This is great as a body wash - and my husband loves it as his go-to shampoo. I have curly hair so don't use it for my shampoo, and I wouldn't recommend it if you have curly hair.

Good to combat fungus-caused dandruff

This shampoo, like other Good Fill shampoos, doesn't seem to lather that well. HOWEVER, it doesn't take a ton of product to just get a lather over my scalp area, which is mainly where I use it, because I have hair that is oily at the roots and dry everywhere else. As a bonus, the peppermint oil in this shampoo helps my dandruff, because peppermint is anti-fungal and my dandruff is caused by an overproduction of scalp yeast. Since my dandruff is mild, I use this shampoo every other or every third wash, just whenever I need it. Usually I use the sweet pea shampoo, which is more moisturizing on my wavy hair.

I bought this because I was trying all the scents of shampoo to find my favorite. I like the sharp, peppermint scent, and it gives that cooling effect on your scalp that is nice. I noticed, thought, that it takes much more product for a good lather and doesn't leave my hair feeling as clean as the other scents. I think this may be better for someone with a less oily scalp.

Refreshing and Luxurious

This body wash wakes me up in the morning with the bright and crisp scent of peppermint. The amber glass bottle is eco-friendly but also so classy. The fact that I can get refills, and that TheGoodFill takes the pouches back for free means that they really do walk the walk and not just talk the talk. I am really enjoying this body wash, and highly recommend it.
