Why We Love It: This all natural loofah (or luffa) is grown on small farms in Guatemala. We use it as a sponge for dishes and a skin exfoliator in the shower.
Use & Care
Disinfect every once a month using baking soda, dish soap and water, then rinse. Be sure to leave your loofah somewhere that it can dry out completely between uses as any sponge will collect bacteria if not left to properly dry out. Replace every few months.
Materials
Natural Loofah from the Loofah or Luffa plant. Sizes may vary. 5 inches in length and about 3 inches in diameter. Loofahs are sanitized, however, for the sake of the environment, they are not bleached to look perfectly white and may have variations in color and may still have a seed or two.

Olivia Throckmorton These loofahs exfoliate really well and are easy to keep clean! They are just cool in general, fun to watch them pop up from how they are stored and then see them biodegrade in your compost. The process of making them is interesting too!

Skyler Slater This sponge looks small in the package but it really inflates when wet. And boy does it scrub. I don’t use this loofah every time I bath but just as strong exfoliation here and there. This sponge is awesome for the price and you can rest assured that once I’m done with it I’ll compost it because it’s ORGANIC MATERIAL…. Have yet to purchase anything I don’t love from the good fill :)

Graham I don't have enough good things to say about this luffa! It exfoliates extremely well, but still manages to be soft at the same time-its not too stiff to squeeze and easily lathers your favorite soap or body wash! I cut a little hole in one corner, fed a cotton ribbon through it, and tied it in a knot so that I can easily hang it to dry. Eagerly awaiting this to be restocked!

Stephanie If you've never used a loofah before, don't panic when it feels scratchy to you! It takes a little bit of getting used to, but it's become one of my favorite skin-sations. It feels like it wakes up my skin in the best way. Package free & compostable to boot - these scrubby friends are the best!!
