Why We Love It: Bamboo toothbrushes are a perfect swap for the plastic toothbrushes we've all been using for years. These bamboo ones will compost while the plastic ones will not. These toothbrushes are made sustainably and ethically in China. Zero Waste Club also plants a tree for every product purchased, just register the code under the barcode of your packaging!
Care: Store in a dry place in-between uses. Doctor recommended to change toothbrushes every 3 months.
Packaging: Packaged in a recycled kraft paper box.
End of Life: Use pliers to remove the nylon bristles and compost the bamboo handle in an industrial composting facility. Kraft box packaging can either be recycled or composted.
Zero Waste Club is also accepting back the bristles to be recycled through TerraCycle. Collect 10 toothbrushes worth of bristles and follow their instructions listed here.
Materials: Handle made from 100% biodegradable and sustainable bamboo and BPA free, non-toxic bristles. The paint on the handle is environmentally friendly and completely compostable.
